For over a decade, our founder scaled a fintech and wealthtech platform from an idea to a business with more than a million users managing multi-million-pound growth budgets, building affiliate ecosystems of thousands of partners, leading performance marketing across multiple markets, and making the hard decisions that no framework prepares you for.
Through that journey, we worked with consultants, agencies, and advisors of every kind. Some were excellent. Most arrived with a deck, delivered their recommendations, and left before anything actually changed.
That gap between strategic advice and real commercial outcomes is exactly why Primewise exists.

Ali Saberian
Founder & Managing Director, Primewise
Ali is a London-based business growth consultant and strategic advisor with over a decade of experience scaling businesses across fintech, SaaS, crypto, e-commerce, hospitality, and EdTech.
He founded and built Khanesarmaye a fintech and wealthtech platform over eleven years, growing it past a million users and managing the full commercial operation: performance marketing, revenue strategy, affiliate ecosystems, and team building at scale.
He now leads Primewise, working directly with founders, CEOs, and commercial leaders across London to build the growth systems, strategies, and revenue engines that move their most important numbers.
Ali also holds a position as a doctoral candidate in Management at ISEG, Lisbon bringing rigorous analytical thinking to every engagement alongside hands-on operator experience.
